WordPress 6 Support
Corporate Tools 1.5 adds support for WordPress 6 which means it's fully compatible with the latest major version of this popular CMS. From now on, you can use Consent Overlays, Usercentrics and Google Tag Manager with WordPress as well. Currently, our WordPress versions only support manual updates. However, semi-automatic updates will probably be added in the future.
By the way, existing customers with an active subscription will also get access to the new WordPress versions without additional charges.
Several improvements
Corporate Tools 1.5 brings various improvements in handling assets, translating text and routing internal links. And as you can imagine, both Joomla! and WordPress users will benefit from these changes. With our own dedicated asset handler, Corporate Tools is able to reliably put assets into the right order and load them at the right place in the document.
What's next?
Adding support for WordPress 6 is a new ground-breaking feature and a hugh step forwards in development. Now that we are able to provide solutions for both Content Management Systems (CMS), we will probably focus on adding more Consent Management Platforms (CMP) in our tool set. There is a good chance that we will add CCM19 as a second feature-rich and valuable plaform. CCM19 is made and hosted in Germany, acts internationally and serves more than 100k websites with consent management solutions.
